The Books by the Bay Festival is hosted at Bayview Park in Pensacola, Florida. The address for the park is as follows:

What hotels are best to stay in for the Festival?
There are several hotels located around Downtown Pensacola that make for convenient access to Bayview Park for the Books by the Bay Festival. The Downtown hotels that we would recommend include:

How do I become an author at Books By the Bay?
Applications for the 2027 Books by the Bay Festival are not currently available. Please check in in the following weeks for updates on when we will begin accepting applications. Thank you for your patience!
Will the Festival have food?
As of right now, there are plans for having food trucks at the 2027 Books by the Bay Festival. We are in the process of negotiating contracts with food trucks and are accepting applications. To apply to be a food vendor at Books by the Bay, please click the following button.
